We seem to be back. Since 09:21 UTC, API calls, logins, sync jobs, and webhooks are going through normally again.

We moved Truto to a healthy database while our upstream database provider works on the issue. Sync jobs that failed between 07:55 and 09:21 UTC will run again on their next schedule. You can also start them again by hand.

We are aware of elevated error rates affecting the Truto API and Dashboard since 07:55 UTC. Logins, unified and proxy API calls, sync jobs and webhooks are failing for many requests.

This issue originates from our upstream database provider. We are working with them to get it fixed.
